What does Quit Zyn do on Android?
- Day counter: you set the day you quit, or start today, and the app counts every nicotine-free day, with your longest streak and a calendar.
- Daily check-in: one tap, with an optional mood and note, and a week strip that fills in as you show up.
- Reminder: a daily reminder at the hour you choose.
- Bonsai garden: a tree that grows with your nicotine-free days, and finished trees join your grove.
- Craving mode: a two-minute guided breathing session for an urge, with an optional note on what set it off, such as coffee, driving or a work break.
- Slips: your counter restarts from that day, your tree keeps half its growth, and a slip you logged by mistake can be undone.
What does the Android widget show?
The Home Screen widget shows your days nicotine-free with your bonsai. Stretch it wider and it also shows your tree stage and the date you started. To add it, touch and hold an empty spot on your Home screen, open Widgets and choose Quit Zyn.
