Quit Zyn Privacy Policy

Quit Zyn is a personal nicotine-free tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It does not require an account and does not read or write Apple Health.

Data stored on your devices

Nicotine-free journey history, check-ins, mood, notes, journal entries, garden state, achievements, savings estimates, settings, and reminder preferences are stored locally in SwiftData, UserDefaults, and an App Group shared with the Watch and widgets. This information is not uploaded.

Purchases

Bloom+ is offered through monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes payment. RevenueCat verifies purchase status and may process an anonymous app user ID, purchase and entitlement information, and limited technical context. It does not receive your journal, check-ins, or other app content. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Upgrade offer diagnostics

To understand how the Bloom+ offer performs, the app attaches a small set of counters to that same anonymous RevenueCat ID: which onboarding steps were reached, how many times and on which screens the offer was shown, when it was first shown and how many days after install, how many times the app was opened before that, and, if you upgrade, the plan, screen, and date. These are counts and dates only. They never include your journey history, check-ins, mood, notes, journal entries, cravings, or slips, and they are not used for advertising or shared for tracking.

What we do not collect

No account, advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, location, contacts, photos, or HealthKit data. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it in the app, where available, or remove the app. Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records as needed to process and restore purchases. Email support messages contain whatever you choose to send and are used to answer your request.

Children and changes

Quit Zyn is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy when the app or its services change.
