What app can remind me to take my weekly GLP-1 shot?
Simple GLP: GLP-1 Dose Tracker reminds you on your weekly shot day and lets you log the shot right from the reminder. Set your shot day and time once, choose how early the reminder comes, and tap Took it when you are done. The reminder is free, needs no account, and is skipped when you already logged that shot.
How does the weekly shot reminder work?
- Pick your medication, your shot day and the time when you set up. Every week is the default, and you can choose every 1 to 12 weeks or a set number of days.
- Choose a reminder lead time from 0 to 180 minutes in 15-minute steps, in Settings.
- On shot day a Shot day notification arrives. Tap Took it to log the shot without opening the app, or snooze it for 15 minutes.
- Log the shot any other way (the app, the Home Screen widget, Apple Watch or Siri) and the reminder for that shot is skipped.
- Took it earlier and forgot to log? Log it at the time you actually took it, and the history marks the shot early, on time or late.
Where can I see when my next shot is due?
- The Home screen in the app shows your next dose.
- The Lock Screen widget shows your next shot.
- The Home Screen widget and the Apple Watch app show the next dose next to a one-tap log button.
- Ask Siri: "When is my next dose in Simple GLP?"

Simple GLP Pro is optional: a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region.
What are the other ways to get a weekly reminder?
Apple's Health app has a Medications feature that can remind you on a schedule and let you mark a dose as taken on iPhone or Apple Watch, and a repeating event in Reminders or Calendar works too. Simple GLP is built around the GLP-1 shot itself: one-tap logging from a widget or your wrist, a history of when each shot actually happened, an optional injection site with each log (see injection site rotation), and the same app for a daily pill if your plan changes.

Can Simple GLP remind me every two weeks or on a custom schedule?
Yes. The repeat interval can be every 1 to 12 weeks or every 1 to 90 days, and the reminder follows it.
Will it remind me if I already took my shot?
No. Logging the shot from the app, widget, Apple Watch, Siri or the reminder itself counts that dose, and its reminder is skipped.
Can I log the shot from the reminder notification?
Yes. The notification has a Took it button that logs the shot, and a button to remind you again in 15 minutes.
Does the reminder tell me what dose to take?
No. It reminds you of the day and time you set and records what you log. Your dose and schedule come from your prescriber.
Is the weekly shot reminder free?
Yes. The shot day reminder, Took it and snooze are free with no account. Pro adds a second nudge, drift alerts and refill reminders.
