Is there a shot tracker app for Ozempic and Wegovy?

Simple GLP: GLP-1 Dose Tracker has Ozempic and Wegovy in its medication picker and logs each weekly shot in one tap. You set your shot day once, get a reminder, and tap Took it or use the widget or Apple Watch to log. It is free on iPhone and Apple Watch and needs no account.

How does the weekly shot reminder work?

Pick Ozempic or Wegovy, your shot day and the time when you set up. Every week is the default, and you can choose every 1 to 12 weeks or a set number of days.
Choose a reminder lead time from 0 to 180 minutes in 15-minute steps, in Settings.
On shot day a notification arrives. Tap Took it to log the shot without opening the app, or snooze it for 15 minutes.
Log the shot any other way and the reminder for that shot is skipped.
Took it earlier and forgot to log? Log it at the time you actually took it, and the history marks the shot early, on time or late.

What does each log keep?

The time, the dose in mg from your plan, and whether the shot was early, on schedule or late. You can add an injection site, notes and ratings from 0 to 5 for nausea, appetite, food noise and wellbeing. The Home screen shows your last injection site next to your next dose. The dose picker lists the strengths each product is sold in, or you can enter a custom dose, and the app never suggests one.

Where is the Wegovy pill?

Simple GLP lists the Wegovy shot and the Wegovy pill separately. The shot is a weekly plan and the pill is a daily plan with an optional wait timer. See the Wegovy pill and Rybelsus page. You can switch your plan between a weekly shot and a daily pill, and the history keeps every dose.

Simple GLP Pro is optional: a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region.

What are the limits?

No sync between devices. Your log stays on one iPhone and its paired Apple Watch, so export a CSV now and then if you want your own copy.
No food log, weight goals, progress photos or medication-level charts.
Injection site is an optional field on each log, with no body map.

Frequently asked questions

Does Simple GLP have Ozempic and Wegovy?

Yes. Both are in the medication picker for weekly shots, next to Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide and an Other option you can name yourself.

Is the Wegovy pill the same entry as the Wegovy shot?

No. The Wegovy shot is in the weekly shot list and the Wegovy pill is in the daily pill list, so each gets its own schedule and history entries.

Does Simple GLP tell me what Ozempic or Wegovy dose to take?

No. It records the dose you say you take and never suggests one. Your prescriber sets your dose and schedule.

Is the Ozempic and Wegovy shot tracker free?

Yes. Logging, the weekly schedule, reminders, history, the Home Screen widget and Apple Watch logging are free with no account. Pro adds a second reminder and supply tracking.

Will it remind me if I already took my shot?

No. Logging the shot from the app, widget, Apple Watch, Siri or the reminder itself counts that dose, and its reminder is skipped.
