Where does Simple GLP keep my data?
- On your iPhone. Your dose log lives in the app's local storage, shared only with its own widget and Apple Watch app.
- No account. There is no sign-up, email or profile, so there is no server copy of your log.
- No ads and no third-party analytics. Your data is never sold.
- Apple Health is optional and read-only. If you allow it, the app reads context such as weight, glucose, sleep and activity to show next to your doses. It never writes to Apple Health, and the app works fully without it.
- Purchases only. Pro purchases go through Apple and are verified by RevenueCat, which never receives your dose history or Health data. See the privacy policy.
What does Simple GLP track?
Weekly shots (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, or your own) and daily pills (the Wegovy pill, Rybelsus, Foundayo, or your own). Each log keeps the time, the dose from your plan and whether it was early, on time or late. You can add an injection site, notes, and how you felt (nausea, appetite, food noise, overall wellbeing).
What are the limits?
- No sync between devices. Your log stays on one iPhone and its paired Apple Watch, so export a CSV now and then if you want your own copy.
- No food log, weight goals, progress photos or medication-level charts.
- It keeps a log of what you took and when. Your prescriber sets the dose and schedule.
