Is there a dose tracker app for Zepbound and Mounjaro?
Simple GLP: GLP-1 Dose Tracker has Zepbound and Mounjaro in its medication picker and logs each weekly shot in one tap. Every log keeps the time, the dose you set and whether the shot was early, on time or late. It is free on iPhone and Apple Watch and needs no account.
What does it log for each shot?
- The time you took the shot, stamped when you tap, or the time you enter if you log it later.
- The dose in mg from your plan.
- Whether the shot was early, on schedule or late against your schedule.
- An optional injection site and notes.
- Optional ratings from 0 to 5 for nausea, appetite, food noise and overall wellbeing.
Apple Health context such as weight, glucose, sleep and activity can show next to your doses. It is optional and read-only, and the app works fully without it.
How do I set up Zepbound or Mounjaro?
- Choose Zepbound or Mounjaro when you set up. Compounded tirzepatide and Other are in the same list.
- Pick the dose you take from the picker, which lists the strengths each product is sold in, or enter a custom dose. The app records it and never suggests one.
- Set your shot day and time. Every week is the default, and you can pick a different interval.
- Turn on the reminder and choose how early it arrives.
What if my dose changes?
Settings has a Dose schedule. Add a dose step with the date a new dose starts, as your prescriber directs, and later logs use the dose from your schedule. Earlier logs keep the dose they were saved with.
How do I log a shot?
Tap the log button in the app, on the Home Screen widget or on Apple Watch, say it to Siri, or tap Took it on the reminder. Siri and the reminder check first, so the same dose is not logged twice. The widget and Apple Watch page covers each way.
