Can I log my GLP-1 dose from my Apple Watch or a Home Screen widget?
Yes. Simple GLP: GLP-1 Dose Tracker logs a weekly GLP-1 shot or daily pill in one tap from its Apple Watch app or its Home Screen widget. Both are free and need no account. The widget and the Watch also show your next dose, and for a daily pill, the wait countdown.
How do I log from the Home Screen widget?
- Add the Simple GLP widget to your Home Screen in the small or medium size.
- Tap the log button on the widget. The dose is stamped with the time of your tap, and the app opens to finish saving it.
- The widget then shows your next dose. For a daily pill it shows the wait countdown that the log started.
How do I log from Apple Watch?
- Open Simple GLP on your Apple Watch (watchOS 10 or later).
- Tap the log button. The Watch confirms the dose is logged and shows your next dose, or for a pill, how long until the wait ends.
- The log is sent to your iPhone. If the iPhone is out of reach, the Watch keeps the log and it syncs when they reconnect.

What can't it do yet?
- There is no Apple Watch face complication. Use the Watch app, or the reminder notification on your wrist.
- The Lock Screen widget only shows your schedule and wait. To log, use the Home Screen widget, the Watch or Siri.
- Your log stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch, with no sync to other devices.
