Agreement

By using IM Tri Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Results accuracy

Race results, splits, bib numbers, and placings are shown as published by each event's timing provider. IM Tri Tracker does not verify, correct, or guarantee them, and they can change after publication. Do not rely on the app as the authoritative record for a qualification, an entry, or anything else that matters. Check the official results.

Independence

IM Tri Tracker is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any race organiser, series, or timing company. Race names appear only to identify the published results they belong to.

Availability

The app reads a public results service that is not operated by us. If that service changes or becomes unavailable, parts of the app may stop working. No guarantee of continued availability is given.

Race Book purchases

Search, your full history, every split, personal bests, progression, rankings, field context, race notes, race details and the Pointers library are free. Race Book is a one-time lifetime purchase for like-for-like comparisons and unlimited PDF or image exports. There is no subscription and no per-export charge. Prices and billing details are set by Apple and may vary by region.

The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases in the app to reinstate it on another device or after reinstalling. Refund requests go to Apple.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
