IM Iron Splits Terms of Use

Agreement

By using IM Iron Splits, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Results accuracy

Race results, splits, bib numbers, and placings are shown as published by each event's timing provider. IM Iron Splits does not verify, correct, or guarantee them, and they can change after publication. Do not rely on the app as the authoritative record for a qualification, an entry, or anything else that matters. Check the official results.

Independence

IM Iron Splits is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any race organiser, series, or timing company. Race names appear only to identify the published results they belong to.

Availability

The app reads a public results service that is not operated by us. If that service changes or becomes unavailable, parts of the app may stop working. No guarantee of continued availability is given.

Iron Splits+ purchases

Iron Splits+ is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. A free trial or introductory offer is available only to eligible accounts when Apple displays it.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refund requests go to Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app when available.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
