The app cannot find me
Results are published under the name you registered with, which is often a full legal first name rather than the one people call you. Try that first. If you have raced under a maiden name, search that separately. The results service treats it as a different athlete and there is no way to merge the two automatically.
A race is missing
IM Tri Tracker shows exactly what the timing service publishes. If a result is missing or wrong there, it will be missing or wrong here, and the fix has to come from the event. Very recent races can take a few days to appear.
Which races are covered
Full-distance and half-distance triathlon published through the same results service. Other race types in that feed, and races timed by anyone else, are not shown.
My splits look wrong
Compare against the official results page for that race. If they match, the app is reporting what it was given. If they do not, email the race, the year, and your bib number so the issue can be investigated.
Race Book and restores
Search, your full history, every split, personal bests, progression, rankings, field context, race notes, race details and the whole Pointers library are free. Race Book is a one-time lifetime purchase for like-for-like comparison between two races and unlimited PDF or image exports. There is no subscription and no per-export charge.
On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap Settings, Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When you contact us
Include your device model, iOS version, the race and year, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help. Do not send payment details or your Apple Account password.
