The first-week diaper count, and the 3am answer

One tap logs a feed, a wet or dirty diaper, or sleep. The next time you look, it tells you when she last ate and which side. Free to log, free to share with your partner, and free to keep.

Four buttons

Feed, Wet, Dirty, Sleep. One tap logs it now, a long press changes the time, and undo is always one tap away.

02

The first-week sheet

For the first two weeks, today's wet and dirty counts sit beside the typical range for your baby's day of life.

03

Both parents

Share with your partner through iCloud, with no accounts, so "did you already change her?" answers itself.

A promise

No ads. No AI. Nothing moves.

Logging, the first-weeks tally, history, the widgets, the Watch app, partner sharing and the stain helper are free and stay free. The buttons stay where you learned them. Nothing you logged is ever locked later.

The visit

One page for the pediatrician

Baby+ turns the log since the last visit into a single page: feeds a day, wet and dirty counts, sleep totals, the longest stretch, and weights. Hand it over or AirDrop it in the exam room. It also adds trends, CSV export, and a second baby for twins or the next one.

The page itself is on screen before you buy anything, with a worked example until you have logged a day.

Two in the morning

The stain helper

Tell it once what you have at home. A blowout, spit-up, breast milk or formula then gets the steps in order, skipping anything you do not own, starting with the one that matters: cold water, from the back, and do not rub.

Without opening the app

Lock screen, widget, and wrist

Log from Apple Watch, a lock screen or home screen widget, Siri, or the Action button while you are holding the baby with the other arm. A Live Activity counts a running feed or sleep on the lock screen, and the complication shows how long since the last feed.

Typical ranges are general guidance, not medical advice. Call your pediatrician with any concern.
