Someone can't join my garage

Both phones need to be signed in to iCloud. Send the invite link from the Family screen or let them scan the code with their Camera. If it still fails, open Family and send a fresh link.

My entries aren't showing on another phone

Changes sync through iCloud and can take a minute. Check that iCloud is on for the app in Settings, your name, iCloud, and that the other phone is online.

The due date looks wrong

Vehicle Maintenance Log estimates mileage-based dates from how much you drive. Update the odometer or hours a couple of times and the estimate sharpens, or set Usual use when you edit the vehicle so the first estimate starts closer. You can change any job's interval or set when it was last done from the vehicle's Schedule.

Putting a vehicle away for the season

On the vehicle's page, tap Put in storage. Its reminders pause and the app stops assuming the miles or hours are adding up; jobs that go by the calendar keep counting. Pick a date to get a nudge to take it out, then tap Back on the road and enter the new reading.

Importing from another app

Export your history as a CSV from Fuelly, Drivvo, Simply Auto, aCar or a spreadsheet, then open Settings in the app and tap Import from another app. You see what it found before anything is saved, matching jobs restart their countdowns from your real history, and fill-ups come in with your mpg.

Restoring Vehicle Maintenance Log Pro

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are managed in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

Exporting your data

History has a share button that exports every entry to CSV. With Pro, each vehicle's Service Record prints or saves as a PDF.
