Agreement

By using DreamCart, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The game

DreamCart is a virtual fashion shopping game. Catalog items, outfits, closets, coins, wheel results, and purchases are digital game elements only. Nothing in the app is real merchandise, and no item is shipped. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or goods outside the app.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and the content you enter. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate the coin economy, or use the app in violation of law. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

Coin packs and Apple billing

Coin packs are consumable in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Purchase and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Consumable coin packs generally cannot be restored after they are consumed.

Availability and content

We may change the catalog, prices, virtual economy, or features. AI-generated imagery may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. DreamCart is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a particular game result.

Account deletion

Delete your account in the app under You, Delete account. Deletion removes the account and game data we control, subject to records that must be retained for security, legal, or transaction purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
