DreamCart Privacy Policy

DreamCart ("we", "us") is a virtual shopping game operated by Jack Wallner. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account identifier — when you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user ID from Apple and Supabase Auth. We do not receive your email unless you choose to share it with Apple.
• Game data — your display name, coin balance, closet, outfits, favorites, streak, and purchase history within the game are stored on our Supabase backend so your progress syncs across sessions.
• Purchase receipts — when you buy a coin pack, Apple processes payment. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and credit coins. RevenueCat receives an app user ID and transaction data, not your closet, outfits, favorites, or other gameplay content beyond purchase events.
• Usage and product interaction data — we record app sessions, onboarding progress, feature taps, product views, cart actions, virtual checkouts, wheel results, and coin-pack purchase events in our Supabase backend. Events include an app user ID after sign-in, a temporary session ID, app version, locale, timestamp, and feature-specific values such as product IDs or coin totals. Shipping address contents are never included.

What we don't collect

• No ads, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs
• No sale or sharing of personal data for advertising
• No access to your photos, contacts, or location
• No real shipping or payment card data (Apple handles all payments)

How we use data

We use account and game data to operate DreamCart: saving your closet, enforcing the coin economy, syncing progress, and supporting your account. We use interaction data to understand feature performance and improve the app. Product images are generated on demand from third-party image services using non-personal prompts; we do not send your identity to those services.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (privacy policy)
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase validation (privacy policy)
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store payments (privacy policy)

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account anytime in the app (You tab → Delete account). This permanently removes your profile and game data from our servers. Purchase records remain with Apple per their policies.

Children

DreamCart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
