DreamCart Privacy Policy

DreamCart is a virtual fashion shopping game. It uses an account and a backend so your game progress can sync between sessions.

What we collect

• Account data: a Supabase account identifier and, when you choose to share it through Sign in with Apple, an email address.
• Game data: display name, coin balance, closet, outfits, favorites, streaks, and in-game purchase history.
• Product and usage events: sessions, onboarding steps, product views, dwell time, swipes, cart actions, virtual checkouts, wheel results, coin-shop views, and coin-pack purchase events. Events may include account ID, a temporary session ID, product IDs, coin totals, app version, locale, and timestamps. Shipping address contents are not included in these events.
• Simulated checkout details: if you enter a shipping address, it is stored locally for the simulated checkout. DreamCart does not ship real goods and does not collect payment card details.

How we use it

Supabase stores account and game data to operate the game, sync progress, and support your account. Usage events help us understand feature performance and improve the game. We do not sell data, use cross-app advertising, or use your data for behavioral advertising.

Third-party services

• Supabase provides authentication, database hosting, and storage.
• RevenueCat validates coin-pack purchases. It may receive an anonymous app user ID and transaction data, not your closet or other gameplay content.
• Apple provides Sign in with Apple and App Store payments. Apple receives payment details directly.
• Pollinations provides on-demand AI product and outfit imagery. Prompts are generated from catalog or outfit descriptions and do not include your identity or account data.

Retention, deletion, and choices

You can delete your account in the app under You, Delete account. This deletes your profile and game data from the backend. Account-linked analytics rows become unlinked when the account is deleted and may be retained in deidentified form for product and security metrics. We retain records only as long as needed for the service, security, support, legal obligations, and transaction reconciliation. Contact us for a privacy request. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their policies.

Children

DreamCart is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
