By using VO2 Max Daily Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Fitness disclaimer

VO2 max and fitness-age values are estimates for fitness awareness. The app does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any condition and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

VO2+ purchases

VO2+ includes monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, periods, and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, with renewal charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refund requests go to Apple. Restore eligible purchases in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
