Gist provides sports conversation briefings without accounts, social features, ads, or behavioral tracking.
The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, personal prompts, or search history. It fetches cached briefings from Supabase. Network requests may include an IP address, request time, user agent, and response status for security and reliability.
Briefings are generated server-side from curated public sports sources and cached before the app fetches them. The app does not send personal prompts to Gemini. Supabase and Google Gemini may retain server requests under their own policies.
Gist Pro purchases are processed by Apple and verified by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user ID, transaction and entitlement information, and limited technical context. It does not receive your personal sports preferences. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We retain service logs and purchase records only as needed for security, operations, support, and transaction processing. Contact us for a privacy request. Apple, Supabase, Google, and RevenueCat apply their own retention policies.
Gist is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy when the app or its services change.
