By using Sober, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

Sober is a personal journaling and habit-awareness tool. Health benefit timelines, savings estimates, reminders, and educational content are general information. The app does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure alcohol use disorder or any condition, and it is not medical advice or a replacement for professional support.

Bloom+ purchases

Bloom+ includes monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, periods, and any free trial are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, with renewal charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refund requests go to Apple. Restore eligible purchases in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
