Queasy Terms of Use

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Agreement

By using Queasy, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Comfort tool, not medical care

Queasy provides user-directed breathing, sound, haptic, and pressure-style comfort routines. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure nausea, motion sickness, pregnancy symptoms, or any other condition. It makes no outcome or mechanism guarantee. Stop if a routine feels uncomfortable and seek professional care for concerning symptoms.

Subscriptions

Queasy Pro includes monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, periods, and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, with renewal charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refund requests go to Apple. Restore eligible purchases in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
