One Tap Headache Tracker Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

One Tap Headache Tracker is a personal logging tool. It does not require an account and does not upload your headache history to a developer-owned server.

Health and device data

When you grant permission, the app may read Apple Health data including steps, active and basal energy, walking or running distance, exercise, stand time, flights climbed, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max, walking speed, environmental audio exposure, mindful minutes, and recent workouts. It reads this data to add context to local entries. The app does not write HealthKit data.

The app may use your current location when you log an entry to request weather, air quality, UV, and pollen-style context from Open-Meteo. Requests include approximate latitude and longitude. The saved entry keeps resulting context such as temperature, AQI, and locality rather than raw coordinates. Background requests use the last known coarse location and do not request continuous or Always location access.

Storage and sharing

Headache entries, HealthKit-derived context, settings, watch sync data, and CSV exports are handled locally. CSV files are shared only when you choose a destination. The app has no account, remote log database, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK.

Purchases

Pro options are a yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day introductory trial for eligible accounts, a monthly auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes payment. RevenueCat verifies entitlement status and may process an anonymous app user ID, purchase and entitlement information, and limited technical context. It does not receive your headache records, HealthKit data, location history, or exported files. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app. You can revoke Health and Location permissions in iOS Settings. Exported files are controlled by the destination you choose. Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records under their policies.

Children and medical use

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. It is a tracking tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, emergency service, or treatment.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
