Agreement

By using StatScout, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

StatScout provides visual percentile rankings, player profiles, comparisons, and leaderboards using publicly available baseball data. It is for general informational and entertainment purposes. Team names and statistics are used for identification and information only. StatScout is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, the MLBPA, or any team.

StatScout Pro

StatScout Pro includes monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer are shown in the App Store and in the app before purchase and may vary by region. A free trial or introductory offer is available only to eligible accounts when Apple displays it.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refund requests go to Apple.

Use Restore Purchases in the app when available. Canceling stops future renewal, and access continues through the paid period.

We may update these terms when the app or its services change. The current version is posted on this page.
