Restore a purchase

Open Next Cue settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure your device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Reminders are not appearing

Open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, then Next Cue. Confirm notifications are allowed and check Focus settings for any limits.

Routine information

Your routine information is stored on your device. Keep an iOS backup if you want to preserve app data when moving to another device.
