By downloading or using Bond (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Bond is a couples app for love-language reminders, shared milestones, daily check-ins, and relationship insights. The core app is free. An optional Bond+ subscription unlocks premium features such as daily check-in answers, insights, smart reminders, and curated templates.
Bond uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. When you pair with a partner, you choose to share certain reminders and milestones with them. You can unpair at any time from within the app.
Bond+ is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via the “Manage subscription” link in Bond Settings when you have an active Bond+ plan.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Bond does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
You agree not to misuse Bond, harass others, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Bond is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bond is not a substitute for professional relationship, medical, or mental health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack Wallner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bond.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Bond after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
