Bond is a couples app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It helps partners stay connected through love-language reminders, shared milestones, daily check-ins, and relationship insights. Your privacy and the privacy of your relationship are fundamental to how Bond is built.
Bond collects only the data needed for the app to work as a shared couples experience.
Bond does not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics in the app.
Bond uses Supabase (encrypted Postgres on AWS) for account, pairing, reminders, milestones, and check-in sync between you and your partner. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. See Supabase security.
Sign in with Apple handles login; Bond never receives your Apple ID password. Invite links pair two accounts so you can share reminders and milestones. Either partner can unpair at any time.
Notifications (reminders, milestones, pairing) are delivered via Apple Push Notification service. You can turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Bond.
Bond+ is an optional subscription processed entirely by Apple StoreKit. Bond never receives or stores payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID credentials.
RevenueCat helps verify subscription status so Bond+ features unlock on your device. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts from Apple, not your full payment profile. See RevenueCat Privacy.
Subscription management (cancel, refund requests) is handled in your Apple ID account settings.
Your data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, use in-app account controls or email bond@jackwallner.com. We will delete your profile, reminders, milestones, and pairing records within 30 days of a verified request.
Bond is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
