We’ve recently added an old space heater to our living room, and boy does it make a world of difference. I made sure to have a hot pad in my bed early on during this break and that’s been super nice.
We got some intense rain last night and all day today. It’s fascinating the different types of rain you get used to growing up near Seattle. Usually it’s just a light drizzle, but sometime it really pours. The most intense rainfall I’ve experienced was in San Luis Obispo last year, so that’s a fun rain fact.
Tracking cryptocurrency is a funny thing. It’s enjoyable to see the gains, but it’s hard knowing they could be erased completely in the next hour. I try to just focus on the positive and it’s good to have some diversity so you’re not completely reliant on one coin. I still believe that REQ is one of the best investments and I’m glad I got in early.
I’m excited to see what 2018 brings. I’ve never really been into New Years Resolutions, but maybe this year I should set a few. Probably best to do it privately. Or maybe I make a post that has my New Years Resolutions, but not release it for a month or two. Then I could make an update post to see how well I performed for the month of January or whatnot. That seems like a decent idea. I guess we’ll see what happens. Still have a few days to think it over.
If I really wanted to game the system I’d set a lot of goals and then just post the ones that I actually accomplish, but that kind of defeats the whole point of it.
It was disappointing to see Washington State get demolished yesterday. I gave up on the game when it was clear WSU was going to lose, but I should’ve switched over to the TCU game. Ah well. We’re getting quite the doozy with the Wake Forest vs. Texas A&M in the Belk Bowl. Also teaching the northwestern part of the country about Belk. Bonus!
Good luck and God bless,
